I had a wonderful experience at the classes. The exercises seemed easy, but it is amazing how much they help and I liked the fact that it felt more like a personal training, everything was explained well and all my questions were answered. Was feeling miserable this morning and seriously considered skipping my Mother and Baby Pilates class but I’m so glad I went. Afterwards, I had much more energy and felt happier, stronger and calmer - and that was after just an hour long session. It’s a lovely class that not only allows you to meet other new mums and gets you back into exercise in a safe and gentle way, it’s also an hour to spend reconnecting with yourself and your baby in a safe and supportive environment.
